Budget
A one-year, budget-driven schedule (full plan ~$217k). Set the annual budget with the slider; the monthly spend grows linearly from $2,000 so the year sums to it, and each priority — in order — lands in the first quarter that has the surplus to fund it. Raising the budget pulls priorities earlier; lowering it pushes the costliest ones past the year. Grant awards (federal AIP, CDOT, the Climate Equity Fund) can pull the grant-funded items in ahead of the cash line. The funding-flow diagram and the scaling monthly run-rate are below.
Tow LSA — revenue offset (leaseback)
The leased tug isn't only a cost. Two revenue streams offset it — glider towing and a training leaseback (the dual-role LSA leased to Journeys Aviation at KBDU for instruction when it isn't towing) — so the 6-month lease is close to self-funding. Journeys operates the aircraft and supplies the pilots (tow and instruction), so the revenue doesn't depend on FRISA staffing anyone. Draft figures; still gated on the MOSAIC tow authorization.
Funding sources → outlays
A Sankey diagram of the one-time & capital plan as currently set: where the money comes from (left) and what it pays for (right). Widths are 6-month dollars. The green Leaseback revenue inflow funds most of the tow — grants/donors only cover the small net. Below it is the separate recurring monthly run-rate — Internet, Technology, Admin. Technology and Admin both scale with the budget (a complexity proxy): each has a $/mo floor but never falls below a benchmark 10% of the budget — Technology per the small-data-intensive-nonprofit benchmark, Admin per the federal de-minimis indirect-cost rate — and each is broken out into its components below. Drag the slider to watch both the capital mix and the run-rate scale.
